Unicaja Banco affirms its commitment to Almeria companies and offers special financial conditions by the renewal of its collaboration agreement with Asempal

Unicaja Banco has renewed its collaboration agreement with the Confederation of Business Owners of Almeria Province (Confederación Empresarial de la Provincia de Almeria, Asempal), under which special financial conditions are offered to the Almeria companies grouped in the sectorial and territorial organizations which compose this Confederation.

With the agreement, Unicaja Banco offers to the businesses member of Asempal, and to their employees, a specific and integral financial service, with favorable conditions, aimed to facilitate and to enhance the development of their management and activities, through reverse factoring, international operations (foreign trade, international financing and currencies), investment in fixed assets via leasing and renting, guarantees, etc.

 

The renewal of this agreement falls within the support that Unicaja Banco gives to the business fabric and within the bank’s interest in promoting the economic development of its home regions and, in particular, of Almeria and its province.

 

Unicaja Banco and the Confederation of Business Owners of Almeria Province (Confederación Empresarial de la Provincia de Almería, Asempal) have entered into a new collaboration agreement under which the bank offers advantageous financial conditions to the companies member of Asempal.

 

With the agreement, Unicaja Banco offers to the companies associated to Asempal -an institution which groups together over 100 sectorial and territorial associations from the Almeria province-, and to their employees, a specific and integral financial service, with favorable conditions, aimed to facilitate and to improve the development of their management and activities, through reverse factoring, international operations (foreign trade, international financing and currencies), investment in fixed assets via leasing and renting, guarantees, etc.

 

The agreement has been executed by Unicaja Banco’s Regional Manager in Eastern Andalusia, Miguel Ángel Fernández Muñoz, and by the President of Asempal, José Cano García.

 

This new agreement reinforces the over 10-year-long relationship between the parties, and it falls within the support that Unicaja Banco gives to the business fabric and within the bank’s interest in promoting the economic development of its home regions and, in particular, of Almeria and its province.

 

Businesses in general and SMEs in particular are one of the key groups in Unicaja Banco’s financing policy, especially with regard to the business fabric of Andalusia. In this sense, the bank is very active in providing financing to this group, which is essential to make the economy more dynamic and to stimulate job creation.

 

These are the financial products and services that Unicaja Banco offers in special conditions under the agreement entered into and intended to meet the needs of companies in Almeria province:

  • Financing for operating businesses, for investments, purchase of premises and offices; working capital needs; foreign trade –import and export–; channeling of subsidies and credits granted by the administrations, European Union, ICO, etc. approved for the sectors within this group; personal needs; investment in fixed assets via leasing and renting, as well as a wide range of other financial products and services for businesses and business owners.
  • Wide range of Unicaja Banco products and services in special conditions, such as:
  • Channeling of official subsidies and credits
  • Treasury management
  • Foreign transactions
  • E-banking (Univía service and mobile services for smartphones and tablets, Sistema Flexicompra, PoST and dataphones, E-Business Card, Pre-payment Business Card and Crédito Comercio)
