Unicaja Banco supports cinema in Spanish and one more year collaborates, through sponsorship, with Malaga Festival, which, from tomorrow Friday and until 24 March is celebrating its 22nd edition, with twenty films aspiring to win the Biznaga de Oro.

Malaga Première will showcase ‘Este amor es de otro planeta’, by Daniel Diosdado; ‘Al óleo’, by Pablo Lavado; ‘Abuelos’, by Santiago Requejo; ‘A pesar de todo’, by Gabriela Tagliavini, y and the documentary ‘Vosotros sois mi película’, with the youtuber Wismichu.
Series will also be present in this section, as it will premiere the second season of ‘Gigantes’, by Enrique Urbizu; ‘Instinto’, by Carlo Sede and Roger Gual’, and the new season of ‘Cuéntame cómo pasó: el año de la serpiente’, directed by Óscar Aibar.
Malaga Festival
Malaga Festival of Spanish Language Films (https://festivaldemalaga.com/) was first celebrated in 1998 and in each edition it has tried to achieve a series of goals, such as contributing to the dissemination and promotion of Spanish films, becoming a national and international reference and contributing to the development of Malaga city as an open and cultural city.
The Malaga Festival showcases films, shorts, documentaries and series, in addition to tributes to different personalities from the cinema industry, organization of parallel cycles, exhibitions and activities, with the goal of reaching all the audiences.
Consolidated as an effective platform for the presentation and release of films, it will start tomorrow Friday, with a gala driven by Luis Zahera, winner of a Goya award. The closing ceremony will be on 23 March and will be presented by Eva Llorach, winner of a Goya award too.
