Edufinet Project

The Edufinet Project was launched in 2007, although its development began in 2005 within Unicaja. More than 127,600 people have directly participated so far in the conferences and workshops, of which 89,000 are young people. The website www.edufinet.com has registered so far more than 7.6 million visits, with access from nearly 180 countries.

This Internet portal offers systematic and practical information in a question-answer format, where no previous knowledge is required. Two additional portals with specific contents were created later: one for business owners and entrepreneurs (Edufiemp) and one for young people (Edufinext).

Publications on finances are other of Edufinet Project’s main pillars, with the ‘Financial Guide’ and the ‘Financial Guide for Business Owners and Entrepreneurs’ to be highlighted. The Project also fosters different activities, such as the Conferences ‘Financial Education for Young People’, workshops and lectures at universities, summer courses or participation in international projects.
