The full range of Unicaja Banco financial products and services included in the agreement intends to meet the needs of both the Association and of its 22 brotherhoods and their staff, to undertake projects that facilitate their work.

The agreement, which reinforces the existing relationship between Unicaja Banco and the so called ‘Glory Brotherhoods’ (Hermandades de Gloria), has been recently signed by Unicaja Banco Area Manager for Central and Eastern Malaga, Agustín Jesús Sánchez López, and by the President of the Agrupación de Congregaciones, Hermandades y Cofradías de Gloria de Málaga, Juan Márquez Claros. Both institutions collaborate since 2013.

This initiative falls within the actions that Unicaja Banco develops aimed at the promotion and dissemination of traditions in general and, in particular, of the work of brotherhoods as the repositories of social, religious, anthropological, cultural, historic and artistic values, and as generators of a relevant social, cultural and charitable activity in the city.

The products and services offered include: financing; current accounts with special conditions; specific services to manage the receipts issued by the Association or tax payments; services to manage payments and collections and digital banking, such as UniVía or UniPay Bizum, to be used in smartphones or tablets; collective and individual insurances for premises, events, eventualities, damage to the Brotherhoods’ Houses (casas hermandades) or museums, among other financial services.
