Unicaja Banco launches a campaign for customers who transfer their investment funds from other institutions, offering a bonus of up to 2 per cent

Unicaja Banco has launched a new campaign which features a bonus of 2% on the amounts transferred by customers transferring their investment funds from other institutions, with a maximum bonus of 1,000 euros.

This promotion, which started this month and will be in force until 31 December, is exclusive for external transfers that are to be enrolled in a selection of investment funds of the management company Unigest SGIIC, SA, currently traded by the bank.

 

With this campaign, the bank also intends to promote the advantages and functionalities of its Digital Banking, through which customers can enroll in or transfer investment funds in an agile, easy and intuitive manner using the website or the app.

Unicaja Banco has launched a new campaign which features a bonus of 2% on the amounts transferred by customers transferring their investment funds from other institutions, with a maximum bonus of 1,000 euros.

 

This promotion, which started this month and will be in force until 31 December, is exclusive for external transfers that are to be enrolled in a selection of investment funds of the management company Unigest SGIIC, SA, currently traded by the bank, with the commitment to remain for 30 months.

 

The bonus will be credited into the customer’s account associated to the investment fund. The transfer of the fund must be made by 31 January 2020.

 

The amounts received from this bonus will be treated as capital gains for tax purposes, what involves the corresponding income tax withholding. Other advantages of this initiative include the tax benefits of investment funds, which allow customers to make transfers between funds without having to pay taxes.

 

With this campaign, the bank also intends to promote the advantages and functionalities of its Digital Banking, through which customers can enroll in or transfer investment funds in an agile, easy and intuitive manner using the website or the app.
