Unicaja Banco and Ciudad Real Chamber of Commerce have organized today the third session of the Human Resources and Management Skills Classroom, sponsored by the bank under the agreement signed between both institutions. This activity has gathered more than 20 companies in an in-person workshop on how to make quick and efficient decisions.

The workshop has been given by Cristina Arca, expert in psychological, executive and corporate coach, who has explained the participants how our brain makes decisions, the different types of thinking and reasoning and the methods to identify problem causes. She has also given examples of techniques to enhance idea generation and how to analyse qualitative and quantitative criteria to choose an alternative.

Commitment to companies

Pedro Bachiller, Unicaja Banco’s Head of Companies in Western Castilla-La Mancha, has attended the workshop inauguration and has remarked the bank’s commitment to companies in the province, insisting on the importance of training as an essential tool to make businesses stronger and more competitive.

The General Manager of the Chamber of Commerce, José María Cabanes, has thanked Unicaja Banco for the confidence in the Chamber to implement these training actions, which contribute to strengthen the business fabric.

The Aula Unicaja Banco adds 130 participants in the three workshops held so far. In November, there will be two additional sessions: ‘Efficient meetings and effective negotiation’, on 4 November, and ‘Managing the working environment and motivation’, on 25 November.
