Unicaja Banco will be present, one more year, at the Spanish Wine Fair (Feria Nacional del Vino, Fenavin), with its own stand -where nine wineries will present their wines-, located at Pabellón Ganímedes in Ciudad Real. This is yet another example of the bank’s commitment and support to the wine sector and its benchmark fair, with which it has collaborated since its beginnings.
Fenavin, organized by Ciudad Real Provincial Council (Diputación de Ciudad Real), will be held form 10 to 12 May in Ciudad Real and it has become the most important trade fair on Spanish wine and with strong international relevance.
Unicaja Banco sponsors, within the program of activities of this event, the block of ‘Catas y Armonías’ (‘Tastings and Harmonies’), which will be held throughout the three days of the fair in the Custodio Zamarra Hall, as well as the Fenavin Winemaking Photography Awards, which will be presented on 12 May at 13:00.
Also, next Tuesday 10 May, at 10.00 a.m., in the Custodio Zamarra Room (Room 2), the bank will also organize, together with the Asociación Club de Vinos de Ciudad Real, the round table entitled ‘Vino, salud y juventud’ (‘Wine, health and youth’), by Fátima de la Flor, President of this association, in which, together with health professionals, representatives of the wine sector and young winemakers and winemakers, will discuss the benefits of wine and its moderate consumption, especially among young people.
The bank will present its wide range of specialized products tailored to the sector, such as the agile loan specifically designed to finance the grape campaign. The bank also has a team of specialists in agriculture who seek solutions adapted to each customer’s needs and promote new opportunities that allow the expansion and development of each business, since, as a financial institution of reference and committed to the sector in Castilla-La Mancha, aims to promote its development and that of the people who invest in it.
Promoting Castilla-La Mancha wines
Unicaja Banco contributes to the development of the wine sector, especially in Castilla-La Mancha, where the bank is a reference and has strong roots. For this reason, its stand at Fenavin will host a total of nine wineries from this region, brands that, through the support provided by the bank, compete together to publicize their product.
The said wineries are: Nuestra Señora de Peñarroya (Argamasilla de Alba, Ciudad Real), Antares (Iniesta, Cuenca), San Antonio de Padua (Iniesta, Cuenca), Los Gredales de El Toboso (El Toboso, Toledo), Hermanos Torres (Madrigueras, Albacete), Cerro Mayoral (Villafranca de los Caballeros, Toledo), San José (Tomelloso, Ciudad Real), Bodegas Isla (Villarta de San Juan, Ciudad Real), La Humildad Sociedad Cooperativa de Castilla-La Mancha (El Toboso, Toledo).
