Unicaja Banco, within the framework of its non-life insurance agreement with Caser, offers a home insurance with wide coverage and supplementary services, which allows the home to be insured not only by the homeowner but also by the tenant, and whose current campaign includes a 20% bonus1.
Customers can calculate the insurance price on Unicaja Banco’s digital banking and then subscribe the insurance online and in only three steps.
Specifically, until 30 September, the new policies of Hogar Protección and Hogar Protección Inquilinamente insurance, subscribed online on Unicaja Banco’s website or at a branch, will be credited with 20% of the net premium corresponding to the first year.
This home insurance, positioned as one of the most complete in the market, adapts to the needs of each customer, whether they are homeowners, renters or they have a second home.
Repair Service
The Hogar Protección insurance includes the repair of household appliances (washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, glass-ceramic or induction cooktops, electric ovens and extractor hoods) by a professional who will go to the home. The customer will have access to two services per year, of three hours each.
In addition, this insurance includes two handyman services per year, each lasting three hours max. It also includes professional assistance from locksmiths, electricians, plumbers and glaziers, as well as online training resources for children and adults, remote computer assistance and, for those interested, professional care for the elderly.
The Hogar Protección Inquilinamente insurance includes specific coverage, such as legal defense against the landlord, or, in the event of having to leave the home, up to 2,000 euros for real estate agent expenses and the same amount as moving allowance.

Seguro Hogar Protección taken out with CASER Grupo Asegurador, through Unimediación S.L.U., related bancassurance operator, registered in the Special Administrative Register of Insurance Distributors of the Directorate General of Insurance and Pension Funds with registration number OV-0010, acting through the network of Unicaja Banco, S.A.
