Unicaja Banco shows one more year its support to Simed, Mediterranean Real Estate Exhibition, held at Malaga Trade Fair and Congress Center (Fycma) from 10 to 126 November. This event reaches its 18th edition, having become the main meeting point for the sector on the Andalusian coastline.

The bank, which will have its own stand, will participate in talks and forums aimed at specific segments of the sector, such as property administrators, developers or architects’ association, as well as individuals and companies.

At its stand, Unicaja Banco will have specialized managers who will offer mortgage simulations to those interested and will inform both individuals and developers of the wide range of products and services offered by the bank in this area, adapted to each customer profile and with the best combinations of products and services. The stand also includes a meeting room.

For Unicaja Banco, the only financial institution participating in Simed, this show is not only a place to explain its offering to individuals and companies, but also an opportunity to learn first-hand about market trends and needs and thus show its support for the real estate sector.

Specialized program

Regarding the program planned for this real estate exhibition, representatives of Unicaja Banco will talk about topics such as the revolution of solar self-consumption and the promotion of sustainable business currently being carried out by the bank, as well as about the importance and the challenge of residential energy rehabilitation.

Along the same lines, topics related to sustainability and energy saving will be addressed, presenting new automation options to ensure the intelligent use of energy and, consequently, its reduction at homes.

On the other hand, it will also explain to those interested how to apply for a mortgage, detailing the steps to follow and the different mortgage types, so that the future buyer can opt for the one that best suits their needs.

Unicaja Banco’s support to Simed falls within its activity as financial institution focused on retail and proximity banking and within its role to boost the economic development of Malaga in particular and of Andalusia in general. It also responds to its commitment to sustainability and the reduction of energy consumption.

Simed: market trends

Simed, organized by Fycma, features more than 11,000 properties along the Andalusian coastline and other places in Spain, and more than 170 companies participate and are represented in the exhibition. In fact, it has become the most important national event to invest on the Andalusian coastline.

This event will gather developers, builders, real estate agents, investors, property administrators and professionals to address the latest industry trends and innovations.

To this end, Simed has developed a specialized program, with the participation of more than 70 experts from the public and private sectors. The event also offers specific content aimed at consumers, with the aim of guiding them in making decisions related to the purchase of a home.
