Unicaja Banco improves the Oxygen Mortgage*, aimed at financing the acquisition of energetically efficient housing. In this way, the bank supports environmentally conscious customers by offering a responsible product that facilitates access to financing and promotes energy savings.

 

This mortgage product is intended to finance the acquisition, self-development or rehabilitation of efficient housing, with energy A o B efficiency certificate, and it is available at both fixed and variable rates.

 

The Oxygen Mortgage, as part of Unicaja Banco's broad and attractive mortgage portfolio, covers a growing need in the Spanish financial market, supporting the improvement of housing efficiency.

 

The purchase of an efficient home means significant financial savings for buyers, which will translate into greater comfort and a reduction in their energy bills and, at the same time, a reduction in the carbon footprint and emissions of residential buildings, which are responsible for 40% of final energy consumption in Europe.
