Unicaja Banco, within the framework of its agreement with Caser in non-life insurance, offers insurance aimed at owners of shops, which includes extensive coverage and complementary services, ranging from DIY repairs to measures to increase cybersecurity. Also noteworthy is the specialized attention offered through an exclusive telephone number for insured retailers.

In addition, this campaign, in force until 31 August, includes participation in a draw for a year's free electricity bill among the new policies taken out, with a maximum of 4,000 euros*.

As for the telephone service offered, it is available every day and at any time, to allow shop owners to contact directly with a team of people specialized in their businesses, who can offer them personalized and agile solutions.

This insurance includes the main coverages needed to guarantee adequate protection of the shop and, at the same time, it offers the possibility of adapting it to specific requirements, including, in each case, those issues that are considered relevant.

This also includes small DIY repairs, urgent locksmith, plumbing and electricity assistance. In addition, other services such as cleaning graffiti on facades** (one action per year is guaranteed up to a limit of 300 euros in the event of a claim) and technological measures to improve digital security are also included.

Total protection

The purpose of Unicaja Banco and Caser is to offer total protection to customers who have a business and thus support their work and efforts. For this reason, the focus is not only on the usual cover for the development of the activity, but also on other special and differentiating cover derived from current needs, such as cybersecurity.

Bearing in mind that the application of new technologies in companies brings great benefits, but it also entails other threats, this insurance for retailers includes technology services to help respond to cyber risks.
