Unicaja Banco collaborates as management financial institution in the present edition of the ‘Tu Bono Próximo – Otoño’ campaign, which will be in force until 11 October to support and boost sales in small businesses in Valladolid.

The initiative is 25% financed by the City Hall of Valladolid, within the framework of the collaboration agreement with AVADECO, FECOSVA and the Chamber of Commerce of Valladolid, for the promotion and modernization of retail trade, and 75% by the Junta de Castilla y León, through the grant called by the Directorate General of Trade and Consumer Affairs, for the implementation of projects to boost local retail trade.

The voucher is an incentive that will make more people in Valladolid go to local stores, but the main goal is not only to reactivate sales of small businesses in a timely manner at a difficult time for both trade and citizens in general, but to raise awareness of the importance of preserving the fabric of local shops.

Given the great reception of the ‘Tu Bono Próximo’ campaign, and in order to continue encouraging consumption, a new edition of the campaign is being launched to coincide with autumn, to be held between September and October, supported by the good results obtained in previous campaigns: 647 stores, 25,000 users and a total of 77,790 vouchers redeemed, which generated a return to the city of 5 million euros.

This is an action that has benefited local businesses, but also consumers, who, on this occasion, will be able to make purchases for the autumn season.

Thus, from 13 September to 11 October, a total of 16,800 vouchers spread over 5 weeks will be launched. On Wednesdays, at 9.00 a.m., for a value of 10 euros, consumers will be able to obtain a maximum of two discount vouchers of 10 euros per ID card throughout the campaign. Once the voucher has been downloaded, shoppers will have 72 hours to make their purchases. If they do not do so within this time, the voucher will become available again for another customer or for themselves, so as to avoid the loss of the vouchers.

The vouchers can be redeemed in the stores that participate in the campaign: one voucher for purchases over 30 euros and two if the purchase exceeds 70 euros.

The discount vouchers will be linked to an ID that must be shown when paying at the shop, as well as the discount voucher printed or in digital format. The vouchers will include the expiration date for their use, and so they will be checked electronically to ensure that they are valid.
