A hundred business owners have attended this Thursday, in Benamocarra (Malaga), a presentation by the expert Placido Fajardo, founder of Leaderland, on the keys to effective leadership. This talk has been developed in the framework of a business breakfast organized by the Asociación de Empresarios de Vélez-Málaga (ACEV) and the Asociación de Comerciantes y Empresarios de Torre del Mar (ACET) and sponsored by Unicaja.

'Apuntes de liderazgo' was the title of this talk, in which Fajardo, one of the most important headhunters in Spain with more than 35 years of experience, shared with the audience his experiences and knowledge about the keys to positive leadership in today's business environment. To this end, he offered practical advice, which allowed for an exchange of ideas with the attendees.

In addition to business owners, the event was also attended by the mayor of Velez-Malaga, Jesús Lupiáñez, the regional manager of Malaga Centro Oriental Unicaja, María Soledad Pérez Gavilán, and Álvaro Hurtado, of the Asociación para la Promoción Turística de la Axarquía (APTA).

Unicaja’s support to companies

Unicaja's support for this business breakfast is part of its policy of promoting the business fabric, the economy and employment, especially in its areas of operation, such as the Axarquia region of Malaga.

In fact, "businesses in general, and SMEs in particular, continue to be one of the key groups of the financing policy of the entity," said the regional manager of Malaga Centro Oriental Unicaja, María Soledad Pérez Gavilán. For this reason, she stressed that it maintains close collaboration with business organizations in the Axarquia region, as is the case of ACEV, with which the entity has been signing agreements for years to provide financing to its members.

This collaboration allows companies to have access to financial products and services on advantageous terms to assist them in the development of their investments and strategic projects.

For their part, from ACEV and ACET, José Antonio González and Cynthia Díaz, respectively, have thanked Unicaja for their support, which has allowed the development of this event. As they have indicated, the commitment of the bank with local business development is essential to strengthen the economy of the city and promote sustainable growth of companies.
