Unicaja has launched a promotion offering businesses six free months1 of the Flat Rate for the point of sale terminal (POS) service, which includes both the processing of transactions with national cards and the maintenance of the device.
The campaign is aimed at new businesses (or those that have done so in the last 30 days) or those that are inactive and have not operated in the previous 12 months and that adhere to this modality, in any of their billing sections.
Unicaja's objective is to facilitate the daily work of self-employed workers and SMEs and thus improve the customer experience. For this reason, it is launching this campaign, from which the customer can benefit through the entity's extensive network of offices and which will be valid until December 31.
Unicaja's Flat Rate provides clarity and predictability to businesses, since establishments can benefit from total transparency in payment processing costs, allowing them to maintain detailed monitoring of expenses and precise financial planning.
Another advantage is adaptability, since the merchant can choose the monthly flat rate that best suits their business based on their turnover. In addition, the fixed fee guarantees that they will not have any unexpected charges at the end of the month.
1 This promotion subsidizes the monthly commission of the Flat Rate during the first 6 months plus the proportional part of the month in which the adhesion occurs. It is valid for businesses registered within the campaign period or 30 days before the start of the campaign, as well as for inactive businesses that have not operated in the previous 12 months and that adhere to the Flat Rate system in any of their billing sections. This promotion is valid until December 31, 2024. They will have to adhere to the promotion and sign the commitment to remain in the entity for 12 uninterrupted months from the date of adhesion to it. If the customer changes their Flat Rate to a lower rate, they will be in breach of their commitment to stay. The Flat Rate has 5 rates depending on their national monthly billing: €1,000, €2,000, €4,000, €6,000 and €10,000, and the monthly payments are: €9, €19, €30, €42 and €60. These payments exclude billing made with international cards and national billing that exceeds the amount corresponding to the contracted rate. National billing will be settled at 1.1% of the transaction amount with a minimum of €0.35 per transaction.
