The III Clásica de Rincón de la Victoria 'Full of life' cycling race, which has had the collaboration of Unicaja, took place this Sunday, 10 November, with the participation of more than 550 people.
Following a route of 74 kilometers, the race started in La Cala del Moral and passed through the Axarquia villages of Moclinejo, El Borge, Cútar, Benamargosa, Comares and Totalán.
With a cumulative elevation gain of 1,900 meters, this race is classified as medium difficulty, which is a challenge for amateur cyclists who want to test their endurance and skill in a mountain and coastal environment.
Organized by the Town Hall of Rincón de la Victoria and the Calabahía Cycling Sports Club, the race is part of the XXVI Provincial Cycling Circuit 2024 of the Provincial Council of Malaga and has established itself as an essential event in the Andalusian cycling calendar.
This event not only promotes the sport, but has also become a tourist incentive for the region, attracting cyclists from different towns who seek to enjoy a unique experience in the combination of sea and mountains that the area offers.
In this sense, Unicaja's sponsorship of this initiative responds to its firm commitment to the promotion of sport and its values, giving visibility to the different sports disciplines and promoting sport from the grassroots level, especially in its traditional areas of action, such as Malaga and its province.
